Returns will be accepted within 14 days on general merchandise and within 7 days on items identified as "old store stock" (Any item number beginning with OS). Books have a 25% re-stocking charge if removed from shrink-wrapping so please verify titles first. Sale items, which includes any item with a reduced price, and grab bags are final, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason. Shipping fees are not refundable.
